Helm Coaching 17: is dedicated to empowering individuals to unlock their inner potential through personalised coaching, education, and connection. With two decades of experience as an educator and five years as a licensed Graydin coach, my mission is to make the benefits of coaching accessible to a wide audience. By facilitating better conversations and equipping people with the tools to articulate their passions and needs effectively, I strive to drive personal growth and clearer communication.

Coaching in Schools: As a certified Graydin facilitator, coach, experienced teacher and wellbeing advocate, I can offer coaching courses for staff, pupils and parents alike. Through delivering courses, supporting staff or assisting in school wellbeing projects, I can help your school enhance the art of communication through coaching. My expertise extend to supporting the delivery of coaching in Personal, Social, Health, and Citizenship Education (PSHCE), providing one-on-one coaching, and offering consultancy on best practices in physical education departments. Finally I can help your young people to not only find their own potential but maximise performance and have a better understanding of themselves and their own abilities.

Current Projects: I am actively engaged in projects focused on delivering coaching courses to schools in partnership with Helm Coaching 17 and Graydin. Through these initiatives, I provide support to teachers, students, and parents, aiding them in developing their coaching muscle and cultivating a coach-like approach in their interactions.
